About Us

Sagrado San Pedro Church is a nonprofit religious community rooted in sincere devotion to Huachuma — the sacred cactus of the Andes, known to many as San Pedro, and called Abuelo — the Grandfather — by those who have sat with it in prayer.

We are not a wellness program or a retreat center. We are a church — a community of members who gather in worship, who pray together around a sacred fire, and who hold this tradition with the reverence it deserves.

Huachuma has been used in sacred ceremony for more than three thousand years. We carry that lineage forward with humility, with sincerity, and with deep respect for the tradition from which it comes.

Our community is built on genuine belief. Every member joins through a shared commitment to the Church's doctrine and a personal conviction in the sanctity of this sacramental practice.

We welcome those who come in honesty and in faith.

We are based in California, with a vision that reaches further — toward Peru, the ancestral home of Huachuma, and Spain. We are building something lasting, one gathering at a time.
