Event Cancellation Policy — Sagrado San Pedro Church
Sagrado San Pedro Church is committed to holding sacred gatherings of the highest integrity. Because our events require significant advance preparation — including permits, land arrangements, sacrament cultivation, food, and staffing — all event registration fees are non-refundable. We ask that members register with sincere intention to attend.
Cancellation by Member
More than 30 days before the event:
No refund will be issued. However your registration may be transferred to a future Church gathering of equal or lesser value within 12 months of the original event date. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to ministry@sagradosanpedrochurch.org no later than 30 days before the scheduled event.
8 to 30 days before the event:
No refund and no transfer. Registration is forfeited.
7 days or less before the event:
No refund and no transfer. Registration is forfeited.
Cancellation by the Church
In the event that Sagrado San Pedro Church cancels a gathering for any reason, registered members will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Church's control — including but not limited to severe weather, natural disaster, government order, or public safety emergency — registered members will receive a credit toward a future Church gathering within 12 months. No cash refund will be issued in force majeure situations.
No Show
Members who do not attend a gathering without prior written notice forfeit their registration fee in full. No refund or transfer will be issued.
How to Request a Transfer
To request a transfer contact us at ministry@sagradosanpedrochurch.org with your full name, the event you registered for, and your preferred future event date. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days before your original event date.
By registering for any Sagrado San Pedro Church gathering you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Event Cancellation Policy. All fees are charged in accordance with the Church's Bylaws and membership terms.
