About This Gathering

A full weekend with Huachuma in the Sierra Nevada foothills, near North Fork — about 3.5 hours from the Bay Area. The land is quiet, shaded, and genuinely remote — the kind of place where your phone loses signal and you don't miss it.

Three days: arrival and settling in, a full ceremony day, and a quiet morning to close. Shared meals, open fire, and enough time between things to actually integrate what's happening.

All gatherings are open to Full Members of Sagrado San Pedro Church only.

Spacious glamping cube tent sleeping up to 2. Furnished with twin beds, lighting, and climate comfort. Sleeps 2 — $1,185/person.
👑 Cube Queen Tent	$2,430 / unit	$625	3
Premium glamping cube with a queen bed. Ideal for couples or solo travelers wanting extra comfort. Sleeps up to 2 — $1,215/person.
🦁 Safari Tent	$2,770 / unit	$700	1
A luxurious safari-style canvas tent with private deck and semi-private facilities. Sleeps 2 — $1,385/person. One unit available.
🏡 Tenaya Room	$3,170 / unit	$800	1
Private room in the Tenaya lodge with access to shared common areas and en-suite or nearby bathrooms. Sleeps 2 — $1,585/person.
🦋 Mariposa Room	$3,170 / unit	$800	1
Private room in the Mariposa lodge. Quiet and comfortable with a lovely natural view. Sleeps 2 — $1,585/person.
🌲 Tioga Cabin	$3,770 / unit	$950	1
Standalone private cabin with the highest level of comfort and privacy on the grounds. Sleeps 2 — $1,885/person. One cabin available.

Bring your own RV or van. Hook-ups available on the grounds. Up to 2 guests per site.

Weekend Schedule

Friday, May 7 — Arrival Check-in from 3:00 PM. Welcome dinner, orientation, and opening circle.
Saturday, May 8 — Ceremony Morning preparation. Ceremony begins mid-morning and flows through the day and into the evening, supported throughout by ministers and facilitators.
Sunday, May 9 — Departure Breakfast, reflections, closing circle. Check-out by noon.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future gathering if you cancel at least 30 days before the event.

Balance payments: Cancellations received before March 23, 2027 will receive a full refund of the balance. No refunds on cancellations after that date, though spot transfers to another member may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

If Sagrado San Pedro Church cancels the event for any reason — including unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or events beyond our control — all payments will be refunded in full within 14 days of the cancellation announcement.
